Yawn!!, another new low

Yawn!!, another new low

I hope no one is getting trampled as Raymond James and Anonomys is running for the exits.  Looks like they are no longer drinking mgt's Kool-Aid.  this continued selling is ridiculous... even in this environment.  when I look at a valuation based on cashflow this company is cheap.  it seems to me that whom ever is selling has zero faith in production ever stabilizing.  yes the declines have been a killer, when looking at what was brought on compared to declines it looks as if they experienced a 1500 barrel decline last quarter.  based on the last press release production added already this month should off set a quarterly decline of that magnitude.  with the number of potential new wells i have to believe that the decline hurdle should be beat for Q3.  that being said I do get nervous when seeing such large selling from so few houses.  What does someone know that the rest of us don't?  hopefully the next news is going to address these issues.  one has to wonder that at what point is PXT going to be taken out? at such a cheap valuation a larger competitor can but this for under 2x forward cashflows.  i know that PXT does have an aggressive drilling program but one has to wonder if a share buyback program is in the cards to help offset the selling, they would pretty much be the buyer of last resort as no one else is eagerly jumping in to loose their dough.  PXT is trading at the same price it did two years ago!
