The only solution that can be good to shareholders would be a buyout buy a big miner. However their would be virtually no takeover premium, as Baja is a distressed asset and in a bad bargaining position. However that is unlikely to happen in my opinion. An potential acquirers are waiting for Baja to go bankrupt so that all the debt is defaulted upon. Then the acquirer can buy it cheaply from the lenders.

 

The only solution that could be good to shareholders is a buyout by a big minor?  Gee, I would think the best solution is getting financing, not a buyout.   Seems most of your posts are full of inaccurate statements.  Are you intentionally trying to blow smoke up peoples ar$Ses or are you just that clueless?   Just curious.
