bob, in response to your "Did it take 6 months to drill a water well" posts, here are a few things to consider:

  1. the January news release did not announce the start of drilling; please re-read the press release; it announced "the commencement of a program to establish the characteristics of the groundwater supply"; drilling was only part of that program;
  2. they didn't drill one well; they drilled two wells;
  3. they used 'conventional drilling techniques', there was no hurry to get the wells dug quickly; and
  4. each well was over a MILE deep.

It looks to me that everything is going along according to schedule.  No set-backs so far. 

Remember, production isn't scheduled to start until the beginning of 2016.
