It's so corrupt in Africa, MIR will have to bribe the right senior official if they ever want a chance.......I'm sure the seniors seen some cash from the other company and now there blaming it on the Juniors to cover all there a sses...and before everyone flips out, I'm speaking theoretically about the bribe, i'm not suggesting they do bribe someone.....lol (but it would help!)
