RE: RE: Re: Don't blame Mraz for the f#&ups I really am not sure who to blame. However, the initial plan was to begin mining the Allen seam, which was faced up, around 12 million tons available. The initial mine plan was to begin this production at around 750k tons per year. The ventilation was established and the mine plan in place.
Instead of walking then running, we started a very expensive and time consuming new entry that stalled coal production during the peak period,
The english chap, who was the founder of the mine and who was originally on the board and who's company was in charge of the mine, had developed this plan from the begining. I am told due to disagreement with management , He either resigned or was removed and new management took over.
Hence, the new BIG BIG plan.
So who knows who is to blame or even if there is any blame to place. But, the original plan sure sounds good now.
