Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

RE: RE: RE: RE: It is likelyHey monkey, thanks for the comments and insight....i think hurricane can be a good driver for the sp, but the nr stated this will take 2-3 months so those results are not in the nearterm...so i dont know, other than an acquistion, what could be driving sp up, volume is up but not uge...and as for a hostile bid...after the sp jumped to 3 five other parties came knocking, you dont think if the sp is lower than that then not one wont try a public bid with nothing to lose? North sea is in a very active period of acquisition and Ithaca is the complete package, in the past i would have said the only obstacle to a takeover would have been too high of a price but with the stock at barely 2 that obstacle is gone...just this idiots opinion as well, trade wisely >
