Money and Drilling

You can't drill without any money. They had less than 50K in the bank at the end of April. So they have to do a privet placement before any drilling can start. They are trading at .10 so $ 600K to drill will be 6 million shares in a PP. You can spin it any way you like but in the real world you have the money in the bank before you start to drill.
