Its not pessimism.. its a bit of frustration.

 

Its actually been 3 weeks that we've been in the 1.40 range, and during that time oil has climbed significantly.

1.05-1.34 was achieved based on the dividend. I would have expected us to at least climb slowly based on how oil has been doing.
