But his power is at this point potential, i.e., in vitrue of his position as COO with a reputable background, who can effect changes by threatening to resign. His power is not actual. If he comes up with a viable plan and presents it to the market, he may have more leverage to effect changes on the Board and get rid of some of the dinosaurs who are glued to their chairs and their perks. The current Board will have to change either by a Palace Coup or with a revolution from below. The former seems more likely because the big boys wield more power than the rubble rousers on the Bullboards. So, the Holy Family must be having some uneasy nights these days. This will be a disgrace to go through this ordeal of restructuring with the same faces who brought this company to its knees. Let us hope for some change we can live with.
