There is usually a purpose when this is happening. For example NKL has a buyer for a private placement at a certain price around where we are. One the placement is announced it will be left to find its own price level once the placement is closed.
To close at $1.38 today is no big deal when one realizes that the trend is no longer a preciptious drop but a few cents here and there.
Consider as well that the sellers could easily be the pricipals of the company that NKL just bought.
They may be selling for personal financial reasons that make a lot of sense to them.
I'd be buying again Friday if I still had cash.
