RE: RE: RE: Cokeexpert

So, we have had various lists of bad things that have happened and could happen or will happen.

Here's a list of positive things that could happen.

One or more of these would help. I'm not saying that the stock is headed back to $1.00 anytime soon.  We need multiple good things to happen.

1 or 2 asset sales, even $5mm would be better than nothing.

Settlement of lawsuits, a settlement can happen at any time.  The amount is of course uncertain, I believe it would be like $10-$20 million, but the fact that some amount could come in without the necessity of a long legal process is a positive.

New management-- New COO is very good, more mgmt upgrades possible, if not likely.

An improvement in the coking coal market in the next 3-6 months.

A strategic investor into newly issued common shares at a premium to the current share price.  Not ideal, the dilution, but would possibly put liquidity concerns to rest.

A significant off-take agreement-- Not a sales contract per se, but a customer or strategic investor that locks-in say 1 million tons per year for 5 years starting next year at market prices, i.e. not at a price set today.
