My interpretation is that all shares that Nordgold are going to accumulate from now on will be done in such a way so that they will still be able to vote the shares to accept a deal.  Ususally a majority holder is not given voice for a vote to takeover the minority shareholders in a 50+1 acceptance.  Nordgold is going on record that any transferred shares are part of the acceptance of a minority takeover bid.
