Aquila affiliate dissolved today. Why?

Aquila affiliate dissolved today. Why?

Richard Lassin former Aquila board member, significant stock holder in Aquila Resources and person who brought Tom Quigley into the "back forty" project claimed mineral rights he didn't have the right to claim. He sold / leased those rights to Aquila and Aquila used those rights as an asset selling stock. Aquila, VMS (Lassin) along with Tom Quigley were sued by a private land owner. Later the state of Michigan demanded Aquila, Tom Quigley, lassin and other 3rd parties remove claims to property on 358 parcels in Menominee County. STOP ME WHEN I'M WRONG TOM QUIGLEY OR RICHARD LASSIN --- Well, apparently the mineral rights heat has been too much for Richard Lassin - so on July 20th (hey, that's today) he dissolved VMS Development. FYI - Minerals Processing and VMS Development formed the Menominee River Exploration and they dissolved hat too after being caught. Richard Lassin.... you can run but dissolving another LLC won't protect you from what's coming............ Bet on it..... You will be forced to give the money back and once stock holders find out that you were selling what you didn't own I will be the 1st to help them recoup their losses. Anyone prove me wring - and then you wonder what drives us? Truth and the fact that we've been dealing with liars and thieves....... If you can prove me wrong - there is recourse available.... do it... go ahead, do it I dare you.........

VMS DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, LLC ID Num: B72681 Formation/Qualification Date:8-8-2000 was DISSOLVED on Date:7-20-2012
