Sadly you are dreaming in technicolour. As is the case with all to many retail investors you are getting emotional. The markets are all about making money nothing more nothing less.

Therefore no matter how poorly management performs today if they can increase the SP & SH value the market will quickly forgive & forget.

That's why if Sprott & Senrty really want to get rid of management they have to have a sit down with them & have a clear goal set with a clear time frame to achieve results. If they achieve who cares how many options they have & if they don't once again who cares how many options they have because they will expire worthless without ever being exercised. These guys (like all insiders) do not exercise options unless they are already in the money or they know  (because who else but insiders would know) that the company is about to take off.

Never let your emotions dictate your investments. It's all about making money & it does matter how.
