By the way, word from the rig is that they are giving this drill a 70-80% chance of success. Things are looking good...

An update from the rig:

Due to the positive shows that we have had so far we are currently running casing down to 1920 meters in order to ensure that well integrity is secure before continuing drilling into the target zones.

Not sure how long this will take but will keep you updated when I hear more.

Lundin - What posts about 87m net pay on other boards - can you give me links or repost it here.

I have heard nothing like this so far and it strike me as being BS BB rumors (yes I get the irony). I will enquire about it though if you can show me what have been said.

Lundininvestor - That story on iii is nonsense. Yesterday morning we had not moved past 1920m. However, since then we have recommenced drilling and are now at 1967m with oil shows all the way down. It's looking good.

Eye in the Sky - can you confirm then that these oil shows exist [so far] for 47m or more?

wrighty / SASP - You can believe what I say or not, I don't care. I understand and appreciate why you have doubts but am not going to conduct a Q&A session to make people feel better. I will post information here and it is up to you what you do with it.

The only thing that will prove me right is time.

Sorry, still no pictures but I should have them soon.

In other news from Puntland: the open hole test is still ongoing. There was a mechanical problem so flow test will not start until tonight.

That's your lot for now.

As of this morning the packer had set and jet pumpi
