within that release they say "Premier Gold and Bridgeport have agreed to deal exclusively with each other until July 31, 2012. It is anticipated that the Definitive Agreement will be executed on or about July 11, 2012." However, the news release of July 11 covered the closure of another gold stream by Premier Royalty division, not the merger of the Premier division with Bridgeport. I suspect they are writing out the details of the merger, and as the saying goes 'the devil is in the details.'
