sorry I don't like mis-information so just a quick correction on your calculation...

he actually only netted aprox $84,500

he had to excercise 35K option at 1.95 so it cost him aprox $68,2500

he sold the 35K shares at $4.36 for $152,600 so in reality he took home $84.5K

his reasons....only he knows but I doubt very much it had anything to do with blackmail or bribes...come on lets get real!!!
