If the JV announcement, (if and when it ever materializes), does not move the needle on the SP, then nothing will. This would be huge for Andover.

Getting the Trixie, the Burgin and a water source for the Utah desert started should add approximately $1.00 a share  to Andovers value.

Like I said; if or when it ever transpires??
