Verisante has the problem of being listed on an exchange almost entirely populated by resource stocks.  I personally believe that a large part of the stock's lack of valuation stems from that fact.  The pink sheet listing in the US is an issue as well.  If the company were listed solely in the US as a US company on a better exchange I think the stock would be higher.  It doesn't really matter to me though, I've had a lot of great opportunities to buy this stock at what I believe to be ridiculously cheap prices.
