RE: Hmmm ...

RE: Hmmm ...

Duh!  Have you ever considered that I might consider getting back in, if the wind is blowing right?

I have not threatened a lawsuit, I have simply indicated that in my opinion if people are serious about doing so and want to exact some real results suing for an accounting is in my opinion the best way to achieve the best results and if instituted properly will most likely scare the heck out of management.  There are all kinds of precedents to support this in the case law. Most of the other remedies discussed will have very little effect and even if a class action were to succeed it would eat up most of the money in the kitty.  The hilarious point I also made is that virtually all the whiners out there have ignored or discounted this piece of advice, clearly indicating they are simply whiners and/or are so arrogant they think they know better than people who have some intricate knowledge about these things. One sees it on these boards all the time.  No balls and if they do have them they are usually between their ears.

Finally, I indicated to you numerous times now that I got out at .22 I fail to see why you have such a problem with that. What?  Somebody made a few more shekels than you did, and you just can't stomach it?  You remind me of the pathetic yuppie that simply has to keep up with the Jones's even if it means bankrupting himself.  Sad, twisted and pitiful.
