Another One Bites the DUST !?!

So is anyone else thinking this deal is over??? Seems like this company loves to talk about all these deals they have on the table with the Chinese; yet can never get one completed.

Same thing happened back in Oct. when they were in take over talks with the Chinese and the SP just tanked from there. I am thinking this is time to take some profit and buy back in under
.80, then wait for another take over scenario.
