Copper Fox Execs Need Better Pay I am thinking that $400 k per year in salary and benefits is clearly not enough for our executive team. True, our president and vice-presidents have top positions with other firms; however, how can a guy survive on $400 k?!! I think if we offered all pres and the VPs say $2 million per year, perhaps they would consider not moonlighting at other jobs and could then focus their efforts on CUU alone. The reward of this would be they would probably see earlier on when consultants are missing their deadlines.
Just a thought. And us shareholders are a generous lot and can more than afford this. Just a bit more dilution and our execs would be treated the way that these gems deserve.
