Can anyone confirm this? 

I believe that CMK mgmt is working with a railroad operator to build the rail spur at little to no cost to Cline. The railroad operator would put up most or all of the capital and get paid back over time as Cline uses the rail spur.

Has anyone else heard this?  Thanks.
