Negotiations You would think that negotiations with the FN should 've been on the top of the priority list... then again now that push has come to shove maybe it is now; maybe now someone has finally come to the conclusion or the realization that the FN actually holds the power in the ROF- and that they should've been consulting and involving the FN in all the negotiations in the first place. Hopefully now, they see this, and realize that if they continue to ignore the concerns, demands and the treaties that have been signed and put in place years ago, the FN could tie this project up in court for years and by doing so, there won't be an ounce of chromite mined for years to come. Hopefully everyone will come back to the table for It's never to late to get negotiations back on track, that is, if you seriously want to get negotiations back on track. Bridges may have been burnt in the past , but that's the past, today is the present and tomorrow holds the future...The FN have always said that they are not opposed to mining or development, however, if it's happening in their backyard, everyone that comes to the table must realize that the FN must have a say in the matter, for not only is it their territorial land that the mineral reserves are on, but they are the ones who will be directly affected by those mining them.
