I hope that the dissidents are as well organized going forward as they were with getting their ducks in a row for the petition.
IMO, rescuing MSQ from the morass will be difficult, as I doubt that there'll be much money left in the kitty by the time the a new board can take over. It would be nice for existing shareholders if their shareholdings could be protected, as it would be a tragedy if they were diluted or rolled-back out of existence during the mine-making process.
A rights offering might be a way to go, but it'll take new faces to convince existing shareholders to throw good money after bad (especially for those who are holding underwater shares and warrant-conversion shares).
I'm guessing that IRI is also stuck in stasis, what with the management and drilling contract with MSQ.
Methinks that Mr. McClay should have reread his Calandra interview before he overbilled IEMR and removed ex-chairman Fu from the board.
