I am a bit surprised at your comment relative to book value of a company like this.

I have not done an exhaustive survey on the present book value of MDG but they are trading probably quite close to it right now.

Just very roughly speaking of course and I am no expert obviously, but they have on hand about $30mil in cash, they have a contract with the Japanese outfit of about 33 million and they have the facility in NC which must be about 50 million if Darpa essentially paid about half and MDG paid about half, so this amounts to about $113 million, and then you have the patents and facility in Quebec, which I have no idea of the value but lest guess at 40 million total about 153 million or so and I do not know the operating costs but they expect the cash position to be about 20 million by the end of the year, so lets say we have a book value at the moment of 133 million based on the projected cash position at the end of the year

total number of shares is about 246 million amounting to very roughly 0.54 per share without considering the operating costs.

I am sure I have not been very thorough in this calculation and I hope another poster will take the time to do a better estimate based on say SEDAR data but I am not out by an order of magnitude here.

Are you so sure that book value has no bearing on the SP of MDG???
