RE: RE: Goodfield - newest board member

As I have mentioned before, in the present world YNG  appears to not just look at today but also look at tomorrow and the future. They are not happy with the present situation but are looking to new resources, opening new mines etc.

Some things they have discussed latey are; a company merger, selling the  company, acquisition, strategic investment, past deal negotiated to process Newmont ore (which I am not sure served as as good as we originally thought), present deal to process the carbon from Hycroft, as well as their dealings and negotiations with the state of Nevada and the Yukon Territories.

So what better (in a nutshell) to add to the team at this time then ...

Dr. Goodfield is a recognized expert in negotiations, mediation, conflict resolution and communications.

And posted here and on the YNG news release are the rest of his accomplishments and expertise. Truly impressive in my opinion and a Great addition to the team considering the situation YNG is in and where they are  looking  to maybe be  in the near future.

As always .. my opinion only ....Gerry
