Regardless of whether or not the price goes higher, I plan on being part of any lawsuit which decides to take on this low ball offer. It may take years, but I think that alone with reprice the biz combination at $3+.

You may or may not think that is possible, however it is the right thing to do.  And it won't take much to start this train rolling.  The company value was manipulated.  Pure and simple as that.  The share dilution years ago by Severstals via Troika was just a small part.  A big small part.  But just a part.

Nord trades at a low low PE because no one trusts the CEO or our true owner.  I have to hand it to Mordy though.  He is amazing at seeing an opportunity.  The trouble is he went about it the wrong way because he could and should have had a $10 Nord price by now and a $4 HRG price.  He will, but he is trying to do it a disgusting way.

Money isn't everything. Honesty counts more than money.  I've made it here with HRG because Nord certainly knows how to get the mines running well.  But I am shocked and financially appalled at their tactics.

Bring on the lawsuit.  Let's get this party started.  Our friend in Kansas is placing his beta in smarter waters.  Take a lesson and take some chips off the table if you wish.   But we are now in play after years of waiting.  I can wait a few more for my payday.
