" what one is forgetting in this analysis is the fact that the Mine had a fatality or serious injury to a worker, and that likely disturbed production as the MSA investigators crawled all over the mine and the company did its investigations.  So it is possible the "acident" effected production during the qurter that was to have been the sweet spot - and if production missed then, likely CRJ will have to lower its production guidance for the year!"

The accident took place on July 01 where Q2 ended June 30th. Hence, and if there was any disruption to production, that will be reflected in Q3 and not Q2.
