Resistance just above $1.10 level

Resistance just above $1.10 level

It appears that it wants to break above the $1.10 level.  One has to look at the any possible good news coming.  Also, is there any negative news that could affect this stock.  

If it does break, then, could be a nice run-up.  I haven't looked to see how many are shorting this stock as compared to other like companies.
