Just had a call from Vancouver and thought I'd take look.Seems they have a JV in Ontario and thats the news plus new land leases.Well I have been down this road before and BRX is the a typical junior pumped out of Vancouver sweat shops.Rockford is right these small juniors just bleed the retail investors to death with promises of huge potential gains from their newly acquired leases.Well if you want to own a land holding company go for it.They will hang around for a few years with the occasional pump and dump until they are bought out and the board moves on to their next venture with your cash.Enough said .
