Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in approximately 60-120 equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative screening and fundamental analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

It appears that the Betty K has taken a partial load off the BW Athens and is heading for Macduf to anchor (note Betty K Draught 10.3m,when Betty left Norway Draught was 8.9 m). I would speculate that Betty is going to wait to top off her load as soon as BW Athena has enough oil available and then Betty will head to Nigg Terminal.

I.M.O. that post from Jay Zammit as to why the Betty K was anchored in Norway is as phony as a 3 Dollar bill. First of all Zammit is a lawyer,I am aware of Zammits position with Antrim Energy going back to 2004 he is on the BOD,but.I never recall him acting for Investor relations. Who is running Ithaca's I/V releations anyway??

Number 2, Claiming that Betty K uses Norway to anchor from the Winter N/E storms, would work if Betty was working in Europe,but to claim that Betty would run,across the North Sea into the teeth of a Winter storm to anchor in Norway is a joke. If Betty is working the BW Athena she would hide in Nigg Bay.
