RE: RE: Stock price

RE: RE: Stock price

I see things a little different. First of all it's obviously important to have decent management, resources, and capital to do business as a legitimate junior, but  it's been my experience that most of these junior producers/explorers share price doesn't have much appreciation unless money is moving into the sector. It's not so much a company specific phenonmenon as the sector as a whole. When that happens again I think we'll see the rising tide lift all boats, including YNG. So, IMHO when we see money start moving back into the sector we'll see our YNG shares move higher regardless.

The last time money moved into the sector was right after the last QE was annouced by the Fed in August 2010, the mining stocks rallied hard into March-April of 2011 and sold off.  The sector has cratered since then, even with a higher gold price and fundementals for most juniors improving significantly.  Money just left the mining sector.

Many market pundits have predicted more QE coming very soon so we'll see if my theory's correct. We should start seeing some higher share price movement shortly after QE becomes reality, if it does.
