You got ur numbers a bit wrong. $4.80 is the price of nord shares, but they have way less shares outstanding than HRG. I can't remember how many shares they have outstanding, but their market cap is around $2.5-3B ish... I think... you can't take 50% of $4.80, but you have to go 50% of nord's TOTAL market cap! You're doing an apple to oranges calculation/comparison. You have to do it by market cap so its apples to apples.
