kade1,

I don't think so  but I cannot say because I really have not been following it closely like I have MDG. I bought NVAX the same time as MDG but because it was (is) so much more liquid I traded it for awhile.  The shares I have are "free" shares (my profit). It has been threading water so it hasn't got my attention much.

It does not have any single shareholder that has a large stake in the company and most importantly lots of days it trades in the "millions" of shares. Very hard to control that. But look at the low numbers MDG has lots of days . Very easy to do.

Like I said. MDG is my largest holding. I really want it to work. But until this starts reacting the way I think it should and until Sheldon steps up and shows me he is "CEO Of The Year" material and promote his company like he believes in it I will continue with my PMI theory. Hope I am wrong and will be the first to apologize.
