3.3 miles from mine site..... Read the info... over $1MM spent to fight Huron Mountain and Quigley can't even pay the August installment for the MRT property... You guys really give me more ammo than you should,...

From Lawsuit; The 250-member Huron Mountain Club, which owns 19,000 acres of forested property comes within 3.3 miles of the mine site. From UP Mining e-news: Litigation is costly. Rio Tinto, parent of Kennecott Eagle Minerals Co said Attorney fees will exceed $1 million dollars to contests a challenge by Huron Mountain Club in a federal lawsuit, which sought a preliminary injunction to shut down development operations at Kennecott's Eagle Mine in northwestern Marquette County. To date approximately $200 million dollars has been spent by Kennecott Eagle Minerals Co. and another $40-75 million more is budgeted before mining will begin.
