Great post with valid points Serge, IMO this ends up in court case. I hope to be able to cash out at the right time with a increased SP, perhaps $1.45-$1.50. Use the funds for a couple of highly undervalued miners and still be able to take part in class action before the 3 year grace period allowed by Canadian Business Act. Thanks also CJ for bringing Helmers latest and IMO best article to date covering our on going struggle. I took the opportunity to send a searing e-mail to Mr. Peter Koven, questioning his Canadian loyalty and requesting the amount of $ he recieved for selling out his countrymen.
