However, sometimes a bit of a shake-up is good (although I would not want it this way - all the best to Dr. R.). Having the same person as CEO and Chaiman is usually not a good thing so I like that this is broken up, From a SP perspective, TPL has underperformed over the years I think. I am not saying that lots of good things have not happened, but I have never felt there has been great execution, but again we don't see all that is going on. Really, I just don't know but I am not selling - that's for sure.
