<<cutthebsbud - you have your opinion, but just my observation, you're the only one that believes in your own opinion.>>

.. you mean on this MB inundated with SIPS (you know friends, family, those paid to be here, others with financial interest other than that as a retail shareholder and otherwise try to "manage" the appropriate flow of discussion), well in the "real" world i would say the stock price performance agrees with me..

<<Regardless of whether they are trying to fend off a proxy fight, the bottom line is the stock should not have been trading at below $2.00 since we got the cash grant and you know that.>>

... sorry but i don't actually know that, what i do know is that the sum of all things is reflected in the stock price.  good bad or indifferent.. and ps jeffypop has ever met a project timeline??? what about yaba coo coo, now pushed out months again and then that upcoming dilution and then not the $90M (which IMO creates a very tight financial situation)... and apparently a very annoyed large shareholder (speculation on my part)... and IMO an ineffective BoD and a lousy market and a SIB that never came through... and some very strange statements and legally going after some frustrated shareholders and well here we are...   IMO i lack others it seems simply lack confidence in jeffy to create sufficient shareholder wealth

PS what do you think of the BoD??? i wonder how effective they are... oops just check the stock price

regards.
