closing financing
Canamex Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE:CSQ)(FRANKFURT:CX6) announces that its private placement for gross proceeds of up to $2,700,000 as announced in News Release dated July 27, 2012 has been fully subscribed.
A further News Release will be disseminated once acceptance has been received from the TSX Venture Exchange to this financing, and the shares and warrants have been issued.
I've regularly assumed that once shares were subscibed that was good as issued or 'closed' Expected a quick sell, but this was exceptional !
So news can go to print. friday? I've always loathed friday news, "but this time will be different."
