What seems to be misleading is your statement of how many shares have traded thus far.

 

Only 372,000 shares traded todays so far, so the statement "volume has dried up here" seems to be very misleading.

 

You could be correct if we wait a couple of hours but right now you either are looking at another stocks trading volume by mistake or you looked at a past trading day for BGM.   Regardless your numbers are wrong.
