It looks like many of you are not clued into the reality of what has happened.  They drilled off the deposit and things did not go well at all.  It was clear for those of us who were watching that the resource was shrinking with each and every drill hole.  Just look at the 2009 resource and compare to what they just put out.

Dos Hornos Seg 1, went from 6.55 million ounces ag at 165 g/t, to 3.24 million at 79g/t, grade reduced by 50%, you now have half as much silver that will be twice as expensive to extract per ounce.  Gold grade in this area dropped from 1.5g/t to 0.4.  Plus some lower grade inferred.

Dos Hornos Seg 2 went from 4.8 million grading 202 g/t, to 1.78 million oz at 109g/t. Plus some lower grade inferred.

Veta Tomas went from 14.2 million oz grading 351 g/t, to 2.2 at 116 g/t. Plus some lower grade inferred.

For these three zones they had an inferred resource of 25.6 million oz Ag at 245g/t, that is now a combined resource M+I and Inferred of just under 8 million oz Ag at 76.6g/t.

The results on the gold side were equally bad or even worse.  In total the silver resource went from over 41 million oz to less than 13 and the grade is 1/3 of what it was in the 2009 resource estimate.
