IMO Total will not farm into Garmian

Total was picking up licences in the Barzani dominated part of KRI. Garmian is in the vicinity of Suleymania, which is dominated by the Talabani Clan.

So IMO it is highly unlikely that they will get a part of Garmian.

But I'd really love to be prooved wrong.
