Yeah,seems like most of the IP companies are getting a considerable haircut... RPX is just the latest...

hope that Wilan is not next to get in the barber's chair...

I would argue that Jim and his team need to be bringing their " A game" tomorrow morning, and not leave any doubts or ambiguities.... they need to deliver on every front... otherwise we may be getting a little taken off the top, around the ears,etc.  etc..
