So lets me clear here, Goodman has 20% of the stock and they will stay with Jeff and I feel that most retail hiolders will side with Jeff including myself. I just dont see a proxy battle will take place. There is just not enough of shares to go around. Which is a good thing for the value of the stock for the sale. Of course thanks to Jeff and the board that did not dilute shares and kept the value high. THANK YOU JEFF!
