I feel this will be a good move on Route1's part -- it brings the up front investment for most folks, governmetns and businesses down to a more pallpable level and, in so doing, will help the product gain more traction. The negative impact on Route1's revenue will be limited IMHO --- negatively up front but more down stream revenues through added subscriptions.
