Did I miss the "bump" we got when that BNDES loan FINALLY closed?  Perhaps it was so fast it came and went in the blink of an eye.  Largo stock is dead money and will be for another 18 months - if not longer.  If they can't get a bounce by closing that loan what will it take - six months of production?  Maybe.
