debit vs equity--not clear

debit vs equity--not clear

Thanks I read the post.  But did not answer my question fully.  C Scharr said they were TRYING to avoid dilution.  That implies to me a push by some to get equity in the company through share interest plus investment.  Option if I were a buyer, I would prefer.

I'd say the question is out...and a dilution is a very real possibiity reverse split or?  In any case existing shareholders by my understanding will loose if this happens.

The upside is a $1 plus buck company(fewer shares --higher price) or more can raise a lot more capital, gets on larger funds radar, gets more analysts attention, etc.  Lots of pluses for the company longer term.

Can anyone knowledgeable comment?  or am I all wet? And I believe he is TRYING his best not to screw the long term holder...however.
