Market conditions are poor and this stock trade thin. Any big buyer or seller will drastically affect the share price. I for one am watching this stock closely and will make a move when I see a bottom. The one thing I would like to see is accelerated buying from the company under the normal course issuer bid. I think that once a bottom forms they should aggressively buy as many shares as possible. I believe their margins will be squeezed if coal prices continue to descend, but they are operating in a more favourable region where coal demand is higher. Also, if Australia experiences more flooding, that will be a catalyst for higher coal prices in that area. Overall I think the risk vs. reward is very attractive at this price, but I will continue monitoring for a good entry point. I have learned never to try and catch a falling knife.
