Sound familiar,same old same old, when is this going to end? Maybe if the stock went to ten cents they might wake up, might not? If they step up and said until financing done they would work for a penny, i might belive them. They have never made a time line. If you can depute this tell me when. This is the worst management on the tse..New stock holders have no idea. Story sounds good, but they have worn out the story as people with money think cobalt worth very little. They repeat the same story a different way every news release. If they get financing they will have to give it all away. They need so little in the realm of finance.It peanuts for the big boys and girls. They need to get a life and stop stealing of the poor stock holders. I hope they find a sucker, but it don't look good.  thanks
